Although District collects email addresses from its clients, subscribers and website visitors. We have an absolute zero tolerance policy for spam or un-solicited email. We send a monthly e-newsletter to our clients. All Email addresses contain an un-subscribe link which allow clients to remove themselves from our mailing list should they no longer wish to receive communications from us.

Blacklisting
Once email addresses are unsubscribed from our database, or email list, they are maintained in a separate location called a blacklist. If this email address is uploaded again, it will not be subscribed again. Blacklisted email addresses will only be
 re-subscribed upon a request by the owner of the specific email address.
